Heritage Rosé – Our Rosé is composed of early-harvest grapes from our Block Five Syrah, utilized for its crisp acidity levels and vibrant, fresh flavor profile of tart raspberry and strawberry. Light pressing and cooler fermentation with imported French yeast carefully preserves the strawberry fruit character, natural crispness and lovely aromatics in this French-style Rosé.
6•3•1 Signature Chenin Blanc – A vibrant and refreshing white wine with bright acidity and flavors of crisp green apple, citrus, and subtle floral notes. This Chenin Blanc is elegantly balanced, making it a perfect companion for seafood, fresh salads, or light appetizers.
Heritage Pinot Gris – A special wine with a nose of green apple, light tropical fruit, and crisp white peach. A spritzy, refreshing character. Elegant flavors of citrus zest and tart apple on the palate with a medium body make it a perfect food pairing wine, or simply for summertime enjoyment.
Heritage Semillon – Our Semillon grapes were harvested early in the season to maintain low sugar and high acid content; resulting in a bright, dry white wine marked by zesty citrus and crisp nectarine flavors with a light mineral presence. Its light body and lively acidity paired with a touch of toasted oak on the finish make it an ideal and elegant choice for summer refreshment.
