Limited Release Petit Verdot
631 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon
Heritage Brut
When the harvest is over, we finally get to see some of the fruits of our labor. After months and years of watering, pruning, composting and protecting the vines from frost, the first varietals are picked for the DH Brut. Our early harvest is a very exciting time where the vineyard and the production facility are buzzing with anticipation. It is also a good gauge of the type of yield we will be harvesting over the next several months. Two of my favorite varietals to grow, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon, are easy to grow and produce a beautiful grape. I'm always proud to open a bottle of Limited Release Petit Verdot and 631 Cabernet Sauvignon with friends and family during any celebration. The winemaker takes care in aging the Limited Release Petit Verdot to bring out its beautiful light oak and robust flavor. We produce several different varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon but my current go-to is the 631 Cabernet Sauvignon because it is light and very fruit forward.
