My first choice is supporting our collaboration with the NMSU Athletics Department where a portion of every sale of Crimson Legacy goes to scholarships for student athletes. Aggies, Oh Aggies! Not only do proceeds go to a great cause, but the Pistol Pete's Crimson Legacy Cabernet Sauvignon is specially crafted with strong, smooth tannins that pair well with any hearty meal. There are two other wines I take to any family gathering, our Heritage Imperial Kir and St. Clair Cab-Zin. The Heritage Imperial Kir is just the right sweetness, bubbles and balance for anyone sitting around the table. It's a beautiful color and fun to drink. The St. Clair Cab-Zin is a very approachable red wine because it is not too sweet or too dry. It is great with any menu and has a long history of being a crowd favorite.
